ok so I have some new ideas that will help my life. Turning into a vampire aquarious, meaning drink blood and water and flush the digestive finally. This I can do. next month for 22 days I am going to flush my system and with the addition of blood wine. its at the store for $11.99 lets see. so bottle water goes around $ 4 dollars, then I know that I need *vinegar, and its about $2 dollars. One drink to help to help with no food and health milk, coffee mate, $4 dollars. Take the first 4 days and focuse, eat light to keep going if I feel I need more energy, but try to go four days again on just these four things and flush the system, you will feel the difference. Take showers.
